Completed in October 2013, this was a project containing a variety of works, including a newly built double garage with a self contained one bedroom flat above it, the conversion of an existing integral garage into a bedroom and en suite and a tarred driveway throughout, complete with new galvanised steel gates, hung on Fifestone pillers to match the the property.
